We have crafted themes for each of our care packages. The contents of these care packages will change periodically (we like to keep it interesting!) and our email newsletter and social media will notify you of all such changes so make sure you sign up on our website for special offerings and product changes and hit the follow button on our social media to keep in the know.
We pride ourselves on the highest standards of packaging. All of our care boxes will come in one of 2 black and white boxes complete with a complimentary gold foiled gift card. To ensure our beautiful (and completely reusable boxes) do not get damaged during transit, we put them in another packaging box for safe travels while it’s on the road to your chosen recipient!
TCBC works with some amazing boutiques and there may be times when particular products are not available. We reserve the right to substitute a product (shown in the pictures on our website) with another similar item and it will always be of equal or greater value. We make sure any substituting which occurs is just as fabulous don’t you worry!
If you (or your recipient) has received the wrong item or there is something missing or broken, firstly, we are sorry! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you as a matter of urgency. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the terms of purchase.
If you have supplied us with the wrong delivery address, please contact us straight away. If your order has not yet been dispatch we can change the address for you free of charge. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we will need to arrange for redelivery which will incur a new delivery charge.
